"I had a few Quantum Healing settings after I was continually self-sabotaging. I would do the inner work, shift limiting beliefs and then undo any of the work and get stuck in a cycle.

The session is very gentle but powerful in terms of shifts. We started the session talking about the issue I wanted to address.

Rebecca then goes off the call for a short period of time whilst she feels in to any problems or limiting beliefs. She connects to God/Source to be guided with any healing that needs to take place. Rebecca calls back to share a positive belief that God has given her. Rebecca always checks if this feels aligned before changing the old belief.

Rebecca gets a lot of insight into your life as God reveals things to her. These revelations could be negative energy that is connected to you. She can disconnect this energy and send it away to Gods light so that energy can no longer attach to you. Do not be afraid of the negative energy. This could be the reason for feeling unwell or so bogged down with life.

The shifts with Rebecca are insane. I feel lighter, have clarity around the future and what I need to do to get there. She has also helped with binge eating disorder which I've struggled with for years. My life is was consumed by food and now there has been a real shift. I'm not saying my eating disorder is cured, because I still have moments, but I'm much more and to stop myself in the act, I'm not buying binge food as regularly and I've got a real desire to be healthy, not a certain size or weight, but just feeling healthy in my body, which is a massive shift too.

I have started to reduce the antidepressants that I've been taking for 7 years.
